Convivio Royale

As Convivio members arrive, they are treated to a reception featuring a sparkling wine or cocktail and specially paired hors d’oeuvres. The Convivio Royale is a twist on the classic Kir Royale.

• 1 bottle Mont Marçal Brut Rosado Cava 2017

• 1 bottle of Crème de cassis

Instructions:

Add a splash of crème de cassis to the bottom of a champagne glass (just enough to coat the bottom - not much!)

Top with the Cava.

You will get a beautiful drink with graduated colors from pale yellow cava at the top to rich red berry hues at the bottom.
